When you join our waitlist, we collect:

When you create an account, we collect:

• Profile information including photos, location, dating preferences, and biographical details

c. Social Verification Data

We verify your identity through LinkedIn, Instagram, and/or TikTok. We only collect basic profile information (name, profile picture) for verification purposes. We never post to your social media accounts.

d. Optional Verification Data

If you choose to participate in premium verification through ClearMe, we may receive verification status information from ClearMe. We do not store your biometric data directly.

e. Location Data

With your permission, we collect approximate geographic location to provide location-based matching services.

f. Automatically Collected Information

When you access our Service, we may automatically collect:

• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address
• Usage data (pages visited, time spent, interactions)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

2. SMS/Text Messaging

As part of our account verification process, we send SMS text messages to the phone number you provide. By consenting to receive SMS messages from MFK Dating:

• Purpose: We send a one-time verification code to confirm your phone number during account setup.
• Frequency: 1 message per verification request. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately opt in to receive them.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from us.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@mfkdating.com.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Carriers: Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers.
• No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
• Consent: Consent to receive SMS verification messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, but is required for account verification.
• Marketing Messages (Optional): If you separately opt in, you may receive promotional text messages from MFK Dating. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Marketing consent is entirely optional and not required to use the Service or make any purchase.

2a. Age Verification and Adult Content Disclosure

MFK Dating is an online dating platform exclusively for adults aged 21 and older. We verify your age during registration through date-of-birth validation and require explicit age confirmation at multiple points in the account setup process, including during registration and phone verification.

We do not send sexually explicit content via SMS. All text messages are limited to account verification codes and, if opted in, service-related promotional messages only. The Service may contain content related to romantic relationships and dating, and by using the Service, you acknowledge that you are of legal age and understand the nature of an adult dating service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage your waitlist registration
• Create and manage your account
• Verify your identity and maintain community safety
• Provide, operate, and improve our dating services
• Facilitate matches based on your preferences and location
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and promotions

4. Social Media Integration

We will never post to your social media accounts. We only use social login for identity verification. When you connect LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok, we only access basic profile information to verify you are a real person. We do not access your contacts, messages, or post on your behalf.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., Amazon Web Services for hosting, Google for security verification). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Verification Partners: With ClearMe if you opt in to premium verification.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Safety and Rights: When necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of MFK Dating, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Service uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function (e.g., session management, authentication).
• Security Cookies: We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse. Google reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and send it to Google for analysis. Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Password hashing using bcrypt

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Waitlist Data: Retained until you create an account or request deletion, whichever comes first.
• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Legal Obligations: Certain data may be retained longer as required by applicable law, legal proceedings, or regulatory requirements.

9. Your Privacy Rights

MFK Dating is an adult dating service and we enforce age restrictions through multiple verification steps: date-of-birth validation during registration, explicit age confirmation checkboxes during signup and phone verification, and ongoing eligibility checks. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 21, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 11. Geographic Restriction

The Service is currently available only to users located in the United States. We do not knowingly collect or process data from individuals outside the United States.
