Welcome to MFK Dating. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MFK Dating website located at mfkdating.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by MFK Dating ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

MFK Dating is an online dating platform that connects individuals for potential romantic relationships. The Service includes user registration, profile creation, identity verification, location-based matching, and related features. The Service is currently available only within the United States.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

MFK Dating is an adult dating service intended exclusively for users aged 21 and older. To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 21 years of age
Be a resident of the United States
Provide accurate date-of-birth information and confirm your age during registration
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
Not have been previously banned or removed from the Service
Not be registered on any sex offender registry

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Age verification is performed during registration through date-of-birth validation and an explicit age confirmation checkbox. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse or terminate service if you do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create more than one account per person.
You may not transfer or assign your account to another person.

4. Identity Verification

To maintain community safety, we require identity verification through phone number and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, and/or TikTok). By using the Service, you agree to complete the required verification steps.

We will never post to your social media accounts. Verification is used solely to confirm your identity. Optional premium verification through ClearMe may also be available.

SMS/Text Message Consent

As part of phone verification, we send a one-time SMS text message containing a verification code to the phone number you provide. By checking the SMS consent box and submitting your phone number on the phone verification page, you expressly consent to receive this text message from MFK Dating.

Message Frequency: 1 message per verification request.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from MFK Dating.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@mfkdating.com.
Consent Not Required for Purchase: Consent to receive SMS verification messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, but is required for account verification.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Marketing Messages (Optional)

You may separately opt in to receive promotional and marketing text messages from MFK Dating. If you opt in:

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving marketing texts.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@mfkdating.com.
Not Required: Marketing consent is entirely optional and is not required to use the Service or make any purchase.

Adult Content Disclosure

MFK Dating is an online dating platform for adults aged 21 and older. The Service may contain content related to romantic relationships and dating. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are of legal age and understand the nature of an adult dating service. MFK Dating does not send sexually explicit content via SMS; all text messages are limited to account verification codes and, if you opt in, service-related promotional messages only.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or bully any person
Post or transmit content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
Use the Service for any commercial purpose, solicitation, advertising, or spam
Engage in fraud, scamming, or phishing
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
Collect or harvest user data without consent
Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these conduct standards, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

6. User Content

a. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (photos, text, profile information). However, by submitting content, you grant MFK Dating a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content solely in connection with operating and improving the Service.

b. Content Standards

You represent that any content you submit:

Is accurate and not misleading
Does not violate any third party's rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
Complies with all applicable laws
Does not contain explicit or sexually suggestive content involving minors

c. Content Removal

We may remove any content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by MFK Dating and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

"MFK Dating," "Marry, Fling, Knock Out," and related logos are trademarks of MFK Dating. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA, social media platforms, ClearMe). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@mfkdating.com.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law) will survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
Any matches or connections made through the Service will result in compatibility or positive outcomes
Other users' profiles or representations are accurate or truthful

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We encourage you to exercise caution and good judgment when meeting anyone in person.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MFK DATING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO MFK DATING IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MFK Dating and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party's rights
Any content you submit to the Service
Your interactions with other users, whether online or offline

13. Dispute Resolution

a. Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@mfkdating.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

b. Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in New York, New York, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

c. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND MFK DATING AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

d. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

16. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MFK Dating regarding the Service.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
